Honors and Awards:

• Judy Susskind was named Lawyer of the Year in 2004 for being dubbed as the "winning-est plaintiff's lawyer in Michigan" by her colleagues.

Bar/Professional Activity:

• President of the Michigan Association for Justice (formerly known as the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association) for 2008-2009.
• Chairperson of the Negligence Section of the State Bar of Michigan, 2003

Pro bono/Community Service:

• Judy Susskind was appointed and serves as a "Master of the Bench" for the American Inns of Court, a Trial Advocacy program which involves mentoring a select group of law students in the art of trial advocacy.  She also has been asked to give guest lectures for several Detroit law schools, Colleges and High Schools. 

Scholarly Lectures and Writings:

• Judy Susskind, for many years, has moderated and spoken at the annual Medical Malpractice Seminar for Michigan trial lawyers. She has also been an invited speaker for the American Association of Justice and the Melvin Belli Society.

Other Outstanding Achievements:

• Made history in the fall of 2002 by winning three medical malpractice jury trials in a row, in less than 11 weeks.
