Keith Aretha, Co-Chairman of the Estate Planning Practice Group, focuses his practice on taxation, corporate and business law, and estate planning. He routinely counsels clients with respect to all aspects of business planning, including entity selection, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, succession planning, and general tax advice. Keith has counseled numerous clients on international business transactions, chiefly in the areas of inbound transactions and cross-border trucking operations. He also has extensive experience in resolving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and other tax agencies. Keith also counsels clients in estate planning matters, specializing in the preparation of trusts and sophisticated estate planning devices relating to federal estate tax.
