Linda Miller Atkinson is a plaintiffs' personal injury lawyer and partner at Atkinson Petruska Kozma & Hart. where she manages the Upper Peninsula Office in Channing, Michigan She is admitted to practice in Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. A 1963 graduate of Oberlin, she earned her J.D. in 1973 from Wayne State University. She is Past President of the Michigan Association for Justice and is a member of the Federal Bar, Wisconsin Bar, Indiana Bar, Georgia Bar, Michigan Bar, and AAJ. She is a founder and past president of the Melvin Belli Association, and is an author and editor of TORTS: Michigan Law & Practice and the Lawyers Desk Reference. Linda also serves on the State Transportation Commission since 2004.
