Profile

Lisa S. Gretchko's practice concentrates on creditors' rights and commercial litigation, and she has represented nearly every constituency in bankruptcy courts nationwide. She frequently lectures and writes on various creditors' rights issues and was recently an adjunct professor of Bankruptcy Law and Creditors' Rights at Wayne State University Law School. Ms. Gretchko earned a B.A., with honors, from the University of Michigan and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Detroit. She is a member of the Business Law Advisory Board for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the American Bankruptcy Institute, where she contributes to its journal's "Last in Line" column. Lisa is passionately dedicated to excellent service and results.
