Mr. Dickstein, managing partner of Lewis & Dickstein PLLC, is a highly experienced criminal defense attorney whose many published cases illustrate his ability to develop strong defense strategies for clients. A graduate of Wayne State University Law School, he has defended more than 1,000 clients in state court and has appeared for the defense in a multitude of federal cases. He has successfully defended clients charged with RICO violations, criminal sexual misconduct, DUI, domestic violence, prescription drug fraud, first-degree murder, conspiracy and more.
He is a member of state and local bar associations and is certified in field sobriety testing, a credential that is invaluable when defending clients charged with drunk driving. Mr. Dickstein appears regularly in state courts in southeastern Michigan and has conducted more than 150 jury trials and 20 bench trials during his more than 15 years of legal practice.
