Marc Lipton received his J.D. from Harvard University and his B.A. from the University of Michigan. He was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1990. He is President-elect of the Michigan Association for Justice and a member of the American Association for Justice. Marc is a frequent lecturer on issues of trial practice, medical malpractice litigation, and Michigan's automobile No-Fault Law. He has handled significant, complicated actions on behalf of injured individuals, arising from such varied events as medical negligence, highway defects, product failure, automobile accidents, and hazards from premises.
