Mike has more than 29 years of litigation experience. In the professional liability arena, he has defended attorneys, physicians, accountants, architects, engineers, real estate appraisers, brokers, and title agents in defense of significant claims involving personal injury, property damage and business loss. Mike also has substantial experience in product liability litigation. Mike maintains an active general civil litigation practice, including business disputes, insurance disputes, and personal injury defense. Mike also serves on the Board of Directors of the Oakland County Bar Foundation, and is a past President of the Bar Foundation. Mike is a member of the Council of the State Bar of Michigan’s Negligence Section. He is a Fellow of the Oakland County Bar Foundation and the Michigan State Bar Foundation. He is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), and the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), where he serves on the Professional Liability Committee. Mike is a court approved facilitator and mediator. he has served as a neutral arbitrator for the National Association of Security Dealers.
