Michael Podein graduated with honors from Michigan State University and Cooley Law School. He has spoken on numerous occasions for the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and Michigan State University, appeared on the Ask the Lawyer program, given speeches to unions on workers' compensation and related issues, and led the People's Law School's classes for citizens who wanted to learn more about the law, and is the Former Chairman of the Grand Rapids Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section. Mike has 30 years of experience in handling workers' compensation and personal injury cases. He was named to the Michigan Super Lawyers list in 2007, 2008, and 2009.
