Paul F. Bohn is a respected environmental law and land use attorney. He is also one of Michigan’s leading practitioners in wetland permitting, urban redevelopment, brownfield development and tax increment financing. In addition, he advises municipal governments on project-specific topics.
Rated as an AV-Preeminent* attorney by his peers, Mr. Bohn has taught classes on wetland law and regulation at the National Business Institution since 1999. He is a former chair of the Natural Resources and Wetlands Committee of the Michigan Bar. He is also a current member of the National Brownfield Association’s Environmental Council and a published author on wetlands and land use issues.
Mr. Bohn earned his undergraduate B.G.S. degree from the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources in 1985. In 1988, Mr. Bohn graduated with his J.D. and a certificate of completion in environmental law from the University of Oregon School of Law. His firm, Fausone Bohn, LLP, is located in Northville, Michigan.
