  • Settlements include $3.9 million awarded to a young girl with motor delays and mild cerebral palsy, $2 million awarded to a twin with mild developmental delays, and $3.6 million awarded to a young girl with mild developmental delays and cerebral palsy.  $6.9 million settlement for a baby with cerebral palsy as a result of delivery.  The firm has been involved in numerous seven (7) figure cases involving neurologically-injured children and babies. Recent selected verdicts and settlements of the firm include: $6.159 million verdict awarded to young female client with mild cerebral palsy. $4.75 Million settlement awarded for young boy with mild cerebral palsy, mental retardation and delays.  $3.75 Million settelemnt for young female client with Mental Retardation, deveoplmental delays and Cerebral Palsy. $2.25 million settlement awarded to twins with cerebral palsy and developmental delays. $2.25 million settlement awarded to young male client with Erb’s palsy, cerebral palsy. $2.1 million settlement awarded to twins with cerebral palsy and developmental delays. $1.995 million settlement awarded to toddler with mild developmental delays. $1.55 million settlement awarded to young male client with mild cerebral palsy and physical impairment.  $1.45 million settlement awarded to twins with cerebral palsy and developmental delays. $1.3 million settlement for a little girl delivered prematurely who developed cerebral palsy. $1.25 million settlement awarded to young male client with mild cerebral palsy and severe seizure disorder. $1.1 million settlement awarded to a young woman with cerebral palsy. $1.0 million settlement awarded to young female client with mild cerebral palsy and learning problems. $1.0 million settlement awarded to young man with mental retardation.
