- Settlements include $3.9 million awarded to a young girl with motor delays and mild cerebral palsy, $2 million awarded to a twin with mild developmental delays, and $3.6 million awarded to a young girl with mild developmental delays and cerebral palsy. $6.9 million settlement for a baby with cerebral palsy as a result of delivery. The firm has been involved in numerous seven (7) figure cases involving neurologically-injured children and babies.
