Profile

Rick Hoffmann has extensive intellectual property litigation experience, including arguing several cases before various U.S. Courts of Appeals. Rick served as co-counsel with now Chief Justice of the United States, the Honorable John G. Roberts, Jr. in the United States Supreme Court case TrafFix Devices v. Marketing Displays. Rick received his Chemical Engineering degree with honors from Michigan Technology University and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. He has served as a council member to the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan and as president of the Saginaw Valley Patent Law Association.
