Rozanne Giunta is a shareholder with Lambert, Leser, Isackson, Cook & Giunta. Her practice includes representation of both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and out-of-court workouts. Ms. Giunta is the Chair of the Debtor/Creditor Rights Committee of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She served on the Modifications of State Exemptions Advisory Committee to the Michigan House of Representatives. Ms. Giunta is also a member of the Advisory Rules Subcommittee to the Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of Michigan. Ms. Giunta is a frequent lecturer for the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Federal Bar Association, and ICLE.
