Susan Cook is a shareholder in the firm of Lambert, Leser, Isackson, Cook & Giunta, P.C. Her practice is focused upon the reorganization of distressed businesses both in bankruptcy and, informally, out-of-court and on other related business transactions. She is a member of the Commercial Law League and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). She served as chairman of the educational program for the 2003 and 2004 ABI Central States Regional Conference and 2005 Chairman of the Advisory Board for that conference, of which she is currently a member. She has lectured for ICLE and the ABI.
