Tom is a trial lawyer who has spent his entire legal career in the courtroom engaged in trials and litigation involving a broad range of issues and on behalf of clients ranging from some of the world's largest corporations, product manufacturers, financial institutions, and franchisors to private individuals. In 2002, Tom was the only Michigan lawyer recognized by The National Law Journal as one of America's top 40 trial lawyers under the age of 40. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell as preeminent in his field. He is listed in Who's Who in American Law and has been named to the 2008 Michigan Super Lawyers Top 100 list. Tom is a member of the Executive Committee of Bowman and Brooke and a resident of the firm's Troy, Michigan office.
