A founder of the firm, Pilchak Cohen & Tice, P.C., William E. Pilchak has represented management exclusively in labor and employment matters since 1984. A former senior trial attorney for the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, Mr. Pilchak has tried dozens of jury trials in state and federal courts. He has lectured on employment law at the highest levels, twice addressing American Bar Association annual meetings and ABA National Institutes, as well as briefing Congressional and Senate personnel, the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the EEOC. A frequent author, his article on non-compete agreements for temporary employees was selected as the ABA's best employment law article published in The Labor Lawyer in 2006.
