Drew works in the Mining, Energy & Regulated Industries Group at Mackall, Crounse & Moore, PLC. In this capacity, Drew represents iron mines, paper companies, refineries, steel manufacturers and other large industrial customers in electric and gas rate cases and various other energy regulatory matters; assists clients with negotiating contracts for utility service; and litigates various utility and energy-related issues. Drew also has extensive experience representing community banks. He has appeared before the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, administrative law judges, Minnesota state courts, United States Federal Court for the Districts of Minnesota and South Dakota, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Eighth Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.  Drew was selected as an Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer in 2008 and has been Rising Star since 2007.
