Ben Henschel is a founding partner of Henschel Moberg, P.A., a Minneapolis law firm with a singular focus on family law matters. Over the course of his career, Mr. Henschel has negotiated settlements and successfully tried many dissolutions involving multimillion-dollar estates, including cases with complex business valuation, nonmarital property, permanent spousal maintenance and executive compensation issues. Mr. Henschel also assists clients who wish to predetermine rights and obligations through premarital and postmarital agreements. He is also a qualified mediator and neutral financial evaluator who has helped many divorcing couples resolve their differences outside of court.
Mr. Henschel earned his undergraduate degree from St. John's University and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. He has consistently been recognized by his peers as one of the Twin Cities' top family law attorneys, with multiple selections for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America publication and the Top 40 Family Law Super Lawyers listings for Minnesota.
