Profile

Ben Lavoie has been building a litigation practice since joining Lindell & Lavoie, LLP, in 2004. He has successfully resolved numerous personal injury and workers' compensation cases with awards in six figures. He has appeared in Minnesota and federal district courts, the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals, and participated in appellate work at the Eighth Circuit. Ben is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to law school, Ben studied in Mexico and South America and worked as an English language teacher in Brazil and Ecuador.
