Ben represents clients in the areas of business, commercial, and employment litigation; trademark and copyright disputes; franchise, distribution, and sales representative disputes; and commercial lease and real property disputes. He has handled lawsuits, appeals, arbitrations, and mediations for clients in numerous jurisdictions throughout the country. Benjamin also works with clients to avoid litigation and resolve disputes informally, and frequently counsels in the drafting of contracts and employment policies, debt restructuring, and investigations of alleged employee misconduct.
