David Cialkowski is a partner with Zimmerman Reed, dedicating a substantial portion of his practice to the area of complex and mass tort litigation, primarily focusing on consumer protection and products liability litigation. David has also contributed substantially to pretrial summary judgment and class certification briefing in MDL 1700 In re FedEx Ground Package Systems, Inc.
