Profile

Doug Elsass represents clients in a variety of business disputes. He works on contract, shareholder, partnership, employment, and business competition disputes in both trial and arbitration settings. He also has considerable experience in health care and government condemnation cases. Doug has spoken at seminars and authored articles on various litigation topics including minority shareholder rights and law firm partnership disputes. Doug is a 1981 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Miami University in Ohio and a 1991 cum laude graduate from the University of Minnesota Law School. He has served as President of the local chapter of the Federal Bar Association and serves on the Federal Practice Committee for the federal district court.
