Profile

A founding member of the law firm of Clausen & Hassan, LLC, Mr. Hassan concentrates his practice on all areas of family law including custody, spousal maintenance, and complex property issues as well as appellate practice. As a member of the Collaborative Law Institute, he strongly believes in attempting to cooperatively settle or mediate cases; however, he is also a zealous advocate when litigation is the only viable option. Mr. Hassan received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1998. He is currently licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota, federal court, and Prairie Island Tribal Court. He is a member of the Hennepin and Ramsey County Bar Associations and is an Adjunct Representation Professor at the William Mitchell College of Law.
