Frank Madden practices exclusively in the representation of employers in labor and employment law. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience as an advocate, negotiator, mediator, and litigator, he has been involved in complicated employment and labor law issues. He is a frequent lecturer at labor/employment conferences and is former chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He serves as annual chair for the Minnesota CLE Labor/Employment Law Conference and is an adjunct professor at Hamline University Law School. He has authored a number of articles and two books, and has been named to the Super Lawyers list each year, 1998-present.
