Herbert A. Igbanugo is a founding Shareholder of Igbanugo Partners International Law Firm, PLLC. He is admitted in Minnesota and New York; U.S. District Courts, Minnesota and Texas; U.S. Court of Appeals, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh, Eighth and Ninth Circuits; U.S. Court of International Trade; and U.S. Supreme Court. He has been an adjunct professor at Hamline University and guest lecturer at William Mitchell College of Law. He is a faculty participant for MILE, American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Africa World Business Congress, and NEPAD Business Group. His International Trade Law Practice Group focuses on Sub-Saharan Africa. A delegate in former President William Jefferson Clinton's historic trip to Africa in 2000, Mr. Igbanugo is well versed in African governmental-relations development, interest advocacy, and interpretation of the African Growth and Opportunity Act. In addition, his U.S. Immigration & Nationality Law Practice Group assists corporations and institutions with all immigration matters pertaining to hiring and transfers of foreign workers to the U.S. and Africa.
