Ingrid Culp is a member of Fredrikson & Byron's Employment & Labor Group, practicing in the area of employment law counseling. Ingrid is a cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin -- Madison. Ingrid counsels and trains employers on a wide spectrum of employment law matters including discrimination and harassment laws, wage-and-hour issues, hiring and firing, discipline, employee testing, employment policies and handbooks, employment agreements, noncompete agreements, severance agreements, and reductions in force.
