Gordon Rudd is a Managing Partner at Zimmerman Reed and has successfully represented thousands of clients in the areas of mass tort, consumer fraud, and employment law. Gordon currently represents retired NFL players in a class action against the league asserting violations of former players' rights of publicity. His employment practice focuses primarily on unpaid overtime and misclassification claims. He is a member of the six-person Steering Committee in MDL 1700 In re FedEx Ground Package Systems, Inc., Employment Practices Litigation, where over 20,000 FedEx Ground drivers are challenging their classification as independent contractors. Gordon also currently serves as Liaison Counsel in MDL 1958 In re Zurn Pex Plumbing Products Liability Litigation pending in the District of Minnesota.
