Gordon Rudd, Managing Partner at Zimmerman Reed, has successfully represented thousands of clients in the areas of consumer fraud, wage and hour, and mass tort class actions. Recently, he won a $1.2 million jury verdict for two individuals injured by a toxic release caused by a Canadian Pacific Railway derailment. Eventually, these trials led to a global settlement on behalf of other residents of Minot, North Dakota injured by the derailment. In employment litigation, Gordon has negotiated several settlements on behalf of plant workers who were denied compensation for time required to work "off the clock." Gordon currently serves on several Plaintiffs' Steering Committees in St. Jude Medical Inc. Silzone Heart Valves MDL 1396 and FedEx Ground Drivers MDL 1700.
