J. Robert Keena is a partner with Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC, one of Minnesota's 50 largest law firms. Keena concentrates his practice on the areas of construction law and complex commercial litigation. A recognized authority on construction defects, Keena focuses his construction practice on assisting property owners with stucco and construction defect claims, and contractors and builders with disputes and contract issues. He has litigated more than 100 defect cases to favorable resolution, and regularly presents and writes on construction-related issues. Keena also represents a variety of corporations and small businesses with commercial disputes and litigation on issues ranging from shareholder actions to trade secret violations. He is Chair of the Litigation Group at Hellmuth & Johnson and sits on the firm's Board of Governors. Licensed to practice law in Minnesota State and Federal District Courts, he is a member of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations.
