Jim Sherburne has 28 years of experience in all areas of plaintiff personal injury litigation, including automobile, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, and professional malpractice. He has been in private practice since 1980 in Minnesota and Iowa. Mr. Sherburne has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist since 1992 by the MSBA and presently serves on the Civil Trial Certification Board of the MSBA. He is also currently chairman of the State Board of Legal Certification. His solo practice has grown through referrals of many satisfied clients. Mr. Sherburne also works closely with many referring attorneys, preserving for them a client relationship while at the same time providing the trial expertise that certification signifies.
