Jason Kohlmeyer practices in Mankato, Minnesota and is a 2000 graduate of Hamline University School of Law as well as a graduate of NITA and a designated Advocate by the National College of Advocacy. Mr. Kohlmeyer focuses on trial work, specifically defending serious criminal charges and DWIs, high-conflict divorces, and plaintiffs' sexual and racial harassment and discrimination. Mr. Kohlmeyer practices throughout Minnesota and in federal court. Mr. Kohlmeyer was named one of only ten up-and-coming attorneys by Minnesota Lawyer in 2002.  He is active in both the American Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Kohlmeyer speaks nationally on criminal and family law matters at American Bar Association and American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA) events.
