Jeff Haff represents the interests of franchisees, dealers, and distributors nationwide. Jeff has litigated disputes in courts throughout the nation. Jeff also regularly provides counsel on whether a prospective franchisee should proceed with a potential franchise opportunity. A 1989 graduate of the prestigious Duke University School of Law, Jeff has represented franchisees, dealers, and distributors since 1995. Jeff is a frequent commentator on franchise law issues and has been called upon to present the franchisee's point of view in national publications and at American Bar Association meetings. Jeff lives in Maple Grove with his wife and three children.
