John D. Holland is a partner at Dady & Garner, P.A., and limits his commercial litigation practice to the representation of franchisees, dealers, and distributors in disputes with their respective franchisors, manufacturers, and suppliers. Holland has successfully resolved disputes both nationally and internationally, involving unlawful termination, encroachment, wrongful failure to approve the sale of ongoing distribution rights, and violation of state franchise and dealership laws. Holland, a 1998 cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and the ABA's Forum on Franchising. In addition to his recognition in Minnesota Rising Stars, John has been recognized as a Legal Eagle by Franchise Times magazine.
