John Anderson is a trial lawyer with 30 years of experience who handles complex multiparty cases in the areas of insurance coverage, products liability, construction and employment.  He serves as counsel for national and international insurance companies in environmental and toxic tort claims, and he represented the prevailing party in the first reported decision in Minnesota interpreting the pollution exclusion in an environmental contamination context. 

Mr. Anderson is a Minnesota State Bar Association Certified Civil Trial Specialist, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.  He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of environmental law and insurance law and has been selected to the Top 100 Minnesota Super Lawyers list by Minnesota Law & Politics/Super Lawyers.  Mr. Anderson has also been listed in the top 6% of Minnesota attorneys in the areas of civil litigation and environmental law by Law and Leading Attorneys since 1994. He has served on the Bassford Remele Management Committee as the firm's Chief Executive Officer.
