Profile

Jordan is an associate attorney practicing primarily in the area of construction defect and mold/water intrusion litigation. She represents only plaintiffs, with clients consisting of homeowners and companies who have construction defect problems ranging from stucco cracking to bad roof systems. Jordan, a University of Minnesota Law School graduate, joined Harper & Peterson in 2004 as a part-time project attorney and became a permanent addition to the firm in 2005. Jordan is an active participant in the Minnesota Association for Justice, serving as co-chair of the New Lawyers Section and liaison to the Board of Governors from 2006-2008, and she is currently a co-chair of the Membership Committee. In addition to her legal career, Jordan played in the 2006 World Series of Poker, placing in the money.
