Minneapolis attorney Joseph S. Friedberg has extensive experience in litigating criminal, white collar and complex civil cases. His vast experience includes litigation in state and federal courts across the United States, including the United States Supreme Court. For more than 45 years he has been representing physicians, bankers, lawyers, chief executive officers, athletes and police officers.

Mr. Friedberg has been certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a criminal trial specialist, and he has been honored by the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers with their Distinguished Service Award. He is president of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers, is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and he is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Friedberg was named by Minnesota Law & Politics as one of the 100 most influential lawyers in Minnesota and listed on their Minnesota's Legal Hall of Fame. A frequent lecturer at law schools and continuing legal education seminars, he also provides his legal expertise in television and radio programs.
