Julie K. Seymour's practice is focused on assisting clients navigate through difficult and emotional dissolutions with complex issues, child custody disputes, paternity and domestic abuse matters. Julie's practice also focuses on family growth through adoption, third-party custody and grandparents' rights. While Julie believes mediated resolutions are usually best for the client, she has proven herself an exceptional litigator in Minnesota District and Appellate Courts. She has litigated matters with complex property divisions involving nonmarital property and business and professional practice valuations, spousal maintenance matters, custody cases, as well as simple divorces.
