Profile

Justin Cummins prosecutes cases of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in employment, housing, and other areas. He also litigates wage-and-hour and prevailing wage cases and provides strategic advice to individuals and organizations in non-litigation and contractual matters. Justin is Chair of the MSBA's Labor & Employment Section, Co-Director of the National Association for Fair Housing Attorneys, and an Officer of NELA's Eighth Circuit Board. Justin teaches courses on civil rights at the University of Minnesota Law School and William Mitchell College of Law, and he spearheaded the development of the Workers' Rights Clinic at the University of Minnesota.
