Kelly M. McSweeney practices exclusively in family law. She advises and represents clients facing dissolutions and post-decree matters. Her practice focuses on child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, property division, and valuation issues. Ms. McSweeney graduated from William Mitchell College of Law, cum laude, in 1996. Before she started practicing, Ms. McSweeney clerked for the Honorable James T. Swenson, Family Court, Hennepin County District Court. She is an active member of the Family Law Sections of the American, Minnesota State, Hennepin County, and Ramsey County Bar Associations.
