Profile

Kevin Hofman is a shareholder and the Chariman of Halleland Habicht PA.  He has over twenty-five years of business litigation experience, and appearances in ADR forums representing parties, and serving as an arbitrator.  Most of his cases stem from fraud, churning, misuse of power, insider trading, debt collection, and commercial disputes.  His common sense approach to dispute resolution makes him an effective advocate, and a respected arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, Financial Industry Regularory Authority, and National Futures Association.  Outside of court, Kevin acts as an advisor to corporate clients, insureres, brokers, and investors on securities and business issues.  He serves as a board member for Minnesota Continuing Legal Education, and for Partnership Resources, Inc.
