Profile

Mark Heley practices construction law and provides dispute resolution services for construction, real estate and commercial matters. His experience includes contract negotiations, claims and litigation on landmark projects such as the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome, the Mall of America, Minneapolis­St. Paul International Airport, the Hiawatha Light Rail Transit corridor and TCF Bank Stadium. Mr. Heley is a former Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Construction Section and past member of the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry. Mr. Heley lectures frequently and has made presentations both locally and nationally on topics relating to construction law and alternative dispute resolution. He has mediated over 1,000 cases to conclusion and is a Fellow in the College of Commercial Arbitrators.
