Profile

Mark Heley serves as a mediator and arbitrator of complex construction, real estate and commercial matters. He also represents design professionals, owners and contractors on litigation, risk management, contract and business related matters. His experience includes contract negotiations, claims and litigation on landmark projects such as the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome, the Mall of America, Minneapolis--St. Paul International Airport and Hiawatha Light Rail Transit. Mr. Heley is the Past Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Construction Section and serves on the Governing Committee of the American Bar Association Construction Forum. Mr. Heley is a frequent lecturer and has made presentations both locally and nationally.
