Michael H. Davis heads a full-service immigration and nationality law firm based in downtown Minneapolis. He represents individuals and employers across the United States and internationally in a wide variety of immigration matters including employment-based visas within the IT, agriculture, university, teaching, and health care fields; investment-based visas for established and startup companies; complex visa cases at U.S. Consulates worldwide; and deportation/removal defense and related litigation before the immigration and federal courts. Mr. Davis has practiced immigration law exclusively since 1987 and is past chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Minnesota -- Dakotas Chapter. He is a frequent author and lecturer on a wide variety of immigration law topics and speaks Spanish, French, and Hebrew.
