Mike Polk has been a certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1986. Mr. Polk has been practicing as a trial lawyer in Hastings with Sieben Polk, P.A., specializing in personal injury, product liability and wrongful death since 1979. His practice spans Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Mr. Polk has represented hundreds of victims in complex cases involving serious injury and wrongful death, resulting in significant recoveries.
He has been featured in Super Lawyers since 2001. He is also active in the American Association for Justice, the Minnesota Association for Justice, and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and several committees within the association.
He is a former adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law, author of articles on civil trial law and a continuing legal education lecturer for trial attorneys.
