Ned Ostenso has successfully represented people in Wisconsin and Minnesota in both civil and criminal litigation. His practice is focused on helping businesses and individuals negotiate their way through the legal system to resolve conflicts, negotiate contracts or pursue successful litigation. Mr. Ostenso earned an MBA from St. Thomas (1987) and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law (1994) where he is an adjunct instructor for negotiation skills. Mr. Ostenso is managing partner of Merrigan, Brandt & Ostenso, P.A., a firm located in Hopkins, Minnesota and dedicated to serving the community with competence, zeal, and integrity.
