Patrick J. Neaton is a founding partner of Neaton & Puklich, PLLP. Pat graduated from the University of Minnesota, where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. Pat has a diverse litigation practice primarily focusing on the areas of employment, business, construction and condemnation law. Since 1975, he has successfully tried numerous cases in United States District Court and Minnesota State Courts, as well as in various arbitration forums throughout the United States. In 2001, he obtained the largest recovery against the FAA in an employment matter, and, in 2002, he obtained a $1.6 million jury verdict for a landowner whose property was partially acquired through eminent domain. Pat is a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers and Minnesota State Bar Associations.
