Attorney Randy Boggio serves clients throughout the state of Minnesota from his Bloomington-based firm Garvey, Boggio & Hendricks, P.A. He has more than 30 years of experience practicing elder law and proudly handles all areas of long-term care planning. Randy is also a certified mediator and an arbitrator, and he is committed to resolving probate, trust and elder law-related disputes.
Randy has been named a top 40 trust and real estate attorney by Minnesota Law & Politics. He is a past recipient of the Minnesota State Bar Association elder law section's Mary Alice Gooderl Award, which recognized his outstanding service to the community.
In 1994, he tried the high-profile case of Butcher vs. Ramsey County, et al., successfully defending his clients' right to make critical health care decisions for their disabled son. He has also brought about legislation defining Supplemental Needs Trusts in the state that protect the assets of disabled individuals. Randy is a 1983 graduate of the Hamline University School of Law.
