Rebecca Rhoda Fisher has practiced in state and federal courts in Minnesota since she was admitted to practice in 1999, and in state court in Wisconsin since 2005. Her practice is concentrated on the areas of criminal defense, family law, and appeals. She has successfully litigated several appellate cases and received not-guilty verdicts for clients in cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. She has been named to the Rising Stars list by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine from 2003-2008. In 2004, she was named one of 15 Up and Coming Attorneys by Minnesota Lawyer. Fisher is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell College of Law. She is a member of the MSBA's Criminal Section, Minnesota Society of Criminal Justice, Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Ramsey County Bar Association, Warren E. Burger Inn of Court, and the American Bar Association.
