Rich O'Dea is a partner with Palmer • O'Dea, L.L.C. In his 19+ years of practice he has successfully represented numerous clients in claims involving serious personal injuries, wrongful death, insurance denials, liquor liability, work-related accidents, contract disputes, and appeals. Rich is a graduate of St. John's University and Hamline University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is an MSBA certified civil trial specialist and is a member of the Ramsey County Bar, Minnesota State Bar, Minnesota Association for Justice, and American Association for Justice. He serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association No-Fault Panel, and he is a member of the Second Judicial District Ethics Committee. Rich, his wife and their four boys reside in the northern Twin Cities suburb of Lino Lakes.
