Profile

Mr. Anderson is the sole proprietor of Rodney D. Anderson Law Offices, LLC, and has more than 25 years of practice experience in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business succession planning. He is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and earned a Master of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Anderson has served as a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Probate and Trust Council, served as a drafting committee member of the Minnesota CLE publication Drafting Will and Trust Agreements, and taught estate tax planning at Hamline University Law School. He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning topics. Mr. Anderson has been awarded membership in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.
