Ryan J. Hatton is a shareholder in Rinke Noonan's Construction and Litigation Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice on commercial and residential construction matters, mechanic's lien and payment bond litigation, and land use/development litigation. Ryan is active in the Suburban Northwest Builders Association, Builders Association of Minnesota, Association of Women Contractors, and other trade associations supporting the building industry. He also serves on the legal advisory board to the Builders Association of Minnesota. Ryan received his B.A. from St. Olaf College (1998) and his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law (2001). Ryan is licensed in Minnesota and Iowa. He is an active member of the MSBA Construction Law Section and the John E. Simonett American Inn of Court.
