Ryan Pacyga enjoys a reputation as an aggressive, skilled criminal defense lawyer. Recently, Ryan earned a NOT GUILTY verdict in a 3-week Aiding a Murder trial.  Mr. Pacyga also earned a Not Guilty verdict in a recent burglary trial, even though the other two defendants not represented by Mr. Pacyga were found guilty.  Other victories include  not guilty verdicts on attempted murder, dismissal of a 14-count attempted murder case, dismissal of a drug possession case, and not guilty verdicts in felony and misdemeanor assault and DWI cases. Mr. Pacyga defends people accused of murder, assaults, criminal sexual conduct, drug crimes, DWI, and white collar crimes, including the largest mortgage fraud case in the history of the upper Midwest. Ryan defends accused criminals in both State and Federal Court. He regularly appears as a radio commentator and has handled multiple high-profile cases featured in the media. Mr. Pacyga is a member of the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Khan: Not Guilty, domestic stragulation.  State v. Jacques: Not Guilty, DWI.  State v. Johnson: Case dismissed after 18 pounds of cocaine suppressed due to unconstitutional search; State v. Shoen: Not guilty, felony assault.  State v. Bielke: Not Guilty, 1st Degree Assault. State v. Craig: Not Guilty, felony violation of OFP.
