Ryan M. Pacyga enjoys a reputation as an aggressive, skilled criminal defense lawyer. Recently, Ryan defended a 19 year-old against nine counts of attempted murder an assault with a deadly weapon.  After a 2-week trial, the jury returned "not guilty" verdicts on every single count.  Other recent victories include dismissal of a 14-count attempted murder case, dismissal of a drug possession case, and not guilty verdicts in felony and misdemeanor assault and DWI cases. Mr. Pacyga defends people accused of murder, assaults, criminal sexual conduct, drug crimes (possession, distribution and manufacturing), DWI, and white collar crimes, including the largest mortgage fraud case in the history of the upper Midwest. Ryan practices in both State and Federal Court. He regularly appears as a radio commentator and has handled multiple high-profile cases. Mr. Pacyga is a member of the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
