Stan Hill is an experienced trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience. He has tried more than 30 jury trials and 50 court trials, arbitrated over 200 claims, and mediated over 100 cases.
Mr. Hill is a Civil Trial Specialist, certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is a Minnesota Supreme Court qualified arbitrator and mediator and has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases. Mr. Hill is an elected member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an elite organization of accomplished trial lawyers, in recognition of his courtroom skill, reputation and jury trial experience. He is a perennial Super Lawyer as listed by Minnesota Law & Politics, MPLS.ST.PAUL Magazine, and Twin Cities Business. He has also been named a Top 40 ADR Super Lawyer.
Mr. Hill is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He focuses his practice on litigation with an emphasis on real estate disputes, and is a frequent lecturer on those topics. He recently authored an article “Adventures in Home Arbitration” for Minnesota Law & Politics.
